This is Jared Williams' first season with the Texas Tornado. Williams' started playing hockey at the age of eight. Williams, also known as "Willy" to many teammates, says his most memorable hockey moment was going to Sweden. Williams' favorite NHL team is the Chicago Blackhawks and his hockey idol is Tony Amonte.

In addition to playing hockey, Williams grew up playing baseball and golf. He likes all kinds of music and his favorite artist is O.A.R. Williams' favorite food is burritos, and you will find him snacking on nachos in the arena this season as they are his favorite arena food. Williams aspires to play college hockey and eventually play professional hockey.
