 This is Robert Einersen's first season with the Texas Tornado. Einersen started playing hockey at the age of seven and credits the Chicago Young Americans AAA organization, Wally Naumenko, Bruno Bragagnolo, and Dave Maciuk with helping him build his hockey career. Einersen says his most memorable hockey moment was scoring the first goal in Soo Eagles NOJHL franchise history. Einersen's favorite NHL teams are the Washington Capitals and Chicago Blackhawks. His hockey idol is Alexander Ovechkin.

 When not playing hockey, Einersen enjoys working out, playing sports, and listening to music. His favorite music genres are alternative and country. His favorite foods are pasta, steak, and potatoes, and you will find him eating nachos in the arena. Einersen hopes to play the highest level of professional hockey possible.
